UL Research Institutes' Fire Safety Research Institute has been partnering with FDNY for over a decade to bring fire science to the streets. Produced by the FDNY, this video provides real-life examples of how they are continuing to put the Fire Safety Research Institute's research into practice on the fireground. This episode of the FDNY Chief’s Corner highlights specific uses of exterior water streams and the importance of fireground communication and coordination.

We would like to thank Chief of Operations Thomas J. Richardson and Chief of the Fire Training Academy and Coordinated Fire Attack Technical Panel Member Frank Leeb for allowing us to share this training video with our followers.
