Ivy Xiaoyu Coleman is a senior education and training coordinator at UL Research Institutes’ Fire Safety Research Institute. In her role, Ivy serves as an e-learning developer for the Fire Safety Academy and supports the education and training team in developing training materials and resources grounded in ULRI's fire safety research. Ivy holds a Master of Science in learning experience design and educational technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Towson University. Prior to ULRI, Ivy worked for the National Institutes of Health’s Office of the Director, as well as the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.
