FSRI Welcomes New Post-Doctoral Researcher – Rishi Roy

Rishi Roy is a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), part of UL Research Institutes. Prior to joining FSRI, Rishi served as a Doctoral Candidate at University of Maryland, College Park, where he is working on experimental diagnostics and machine learning approach in combustion for clean power generation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Jadavpur University, India, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Connecticut, Storrs, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park.
