FSRI Welcomes New Laboratory Technician

Meet our new Laboratory Technician - Bradley Morrissey!

Bradley Morrissey

Bradley Morrissey is a Laboratory Technician with the Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), part of UL Research Institutes and assists the team in both bench-scale and full-scale research with fabrication, instrumentation, and firefighting among other day to day duties. He has been with the FSRI as a cooperative student turned full-time intern since the summer of 2017. During his time as an intern, Brad assisted with research experiments and live-fire demonstrations including the Coordinated Fire Attack study and Close Before You Doze.

Bradley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire, Arson, and Explosion Investigation with a minor in Fire Engineering from the Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, Bradley is a volunteer firefighter with the Swarthmore Fire & Protective Association and serves as an Instructors Assistant with the Delaware County Emergency Services Training Center.
