FSRI Welcomes New Front End Software Engineer

Stephan is a senior front end software engineer with the Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), part of UL Research Institutes. He is aimed at bringing an exceptional and polished user experience to the National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS). He brings experience in design systems, tooling, web performance, and a keen interest in generative AI. Prior to joining the FSRI team, Stephan served as a front end engineer for Primer, where he was leading their checkout customization efforts. Stephan earned his Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University Institute of Lisbon.
