Neil Fung, a student enrolled at Towson University, is pursuing a master’s degree in Instructional Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from Towson University. While at UL's Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), Neil will contribute to the creation of impactful learning experiences. He is passionate about supporting learner diversity and strives to help others.
