James McCann is an Instructional Design Intern with UL’s Fire Safety and Research Institute(FSRI). He works with members of the Research Amplification Team to design and develop engaging online content. Prior to joining FSRI in May, James served as an Instructional Designer/ Trainer at the Interoperability Institute. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and is currently working towards his Master’s of Science from Capella University.
